Execution of responses of all the queries to the field people
Providing solution to every query raised by the field people at the shortest possible time
Inter Departmental Coordinator Coordinating with back end functions / responsible person for resolving field queries
Data maintenance Capturing & maintaining all relevant data for record & Escalation process

Desired Profile
We are looking for candidates who are Medical Representatives/ DSM/ Field Sales Officer/ Terriority Business Manager/Medical Service Representative (Current or Ex) from Pharma / FMCG / Retail background & experience of having worked in a team.

Languages: Bengali, Oriyaa or Assamese, Gujarati, Punjabi & Telugu.

Experience : 0 - 2 Years
Industry Type : Pharma/ Biotech/Clinical Research
Functional Area : ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.
Education : Any Graduate / Undergraduate
